Alison Smith

Founder & CEO

As the Founder of My Legacy Group, my commitment to young adult males aging out of foster care is deeply personal. I have seen firsthand how the abrupt end of state care leaves these resilient young men without a safety net, placing them at immediate risk of housing instability and lost potential. To me, this isn’t just a systemic issue; it is a critical human gap that requires a structural solution. I designed our “Whole-Man” development framework to ensure that the young men we serve are not just sheltered, but fully equipped to build their own sustainable legacies. My leadership is driven by the absolute conviction that every young man leaving the foster care system deserves a secure foundation, real workforce skills, and a clear path toward independence. We aren’t just offering temporary help—we are investing in their long-term future.
